We’re so excited to see our Lee Lions! If you haven’t registered, please complete the process as soon as possible. CLICK HERE You can register from a device anywhere with internet access, i.e., computer, tablet, smartphone, etc. If you do not have a device at home to register, you can come to the school and register in the office.
If you have your online parent/guardian account:
You can log in with your existing online parent account to register your student from home. You will just have to confirm and/or update your student’s information and follow the prompts to finish the registration process. Please call us if you need your login information.
If you do not have your online parent/guardian account:
You can use an e-mail address to register your student(s). However, your current student’s information will not automatically populate in the form.
Please note that once registration is complete, we need 24 hours to get your student's information processed. If you have not registered by Friday, August 15th by noon, your child cannot start on Monday- so please act fast! Let us know how we can help 1-217-585-5828.

🩺 Keep Kids in School Clinics – No Appointment Needed 🩺
Is your student ready for the school year? District 186 in partnership with SIU School of Medicine & Sangamon County Department of Public Health are offering walk-in clinics to help families stay on track with required physicals and immunization no appointment necessary.
These clinics are for District 186 students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade, or those new to the state of Illinois who must provide a current physical and immunization record.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany the student.Please note: sports physicals will not be provided.
Walk-In Physical Only Clinic
Date: Wednesday, August 6
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location: Matheny-Withrow Elementary School
Offered by: SIU Family Medicine Providers

The shelter in place has been lifted and we are prepping for dismissal. Please be prepared for some dismissal delays to allow for First Student to get students home safely.

As soon as the tornado warning was issued for our area we initiated our severe weather alert protocols. Students are all sheltering in place and are safe. They did a fantastic job taking cover quickly! We will update when the warning has expired.

Please see the following message from Nurse Lindsey:
Dear Lee Parents and Guardians,
As we approach the end of the school year, I’d like to send a friendly reminder that all student medications stored at school must be picked up by 3:15 p.m. on the last day of school, Friday, May 30, 2025.
In accordance with district policy, any medications not picked up by this deadline will be properly disposed of.
A letter with additional details was sent home with your child at the beginning of May. If you did not receive it or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
It has been a pleasure caring for your children this year. I wish you and your family a safe, restful, and well-deserved summer break.
