For over 16 years, the EAA Conference has supported families, educators, and professionals to empower students with exceptionalities. This year, we're back in person on Saturday, November 16th at Lanphier High School!
We’re excited to welcome social media influencer Jordan Toma, author of I’m Just a Kid with an IEP, as our keynote speaker! 🙌 His inspiring journey will set the tone for a day filled with practical insights and strategies to support our students.

Our Open House/Meet the Teacher Event will be on Thursday, August 15th from 4:30-5:30! We cannot wait to see all of you to kick off a wonderful school year.
The Keep Kids in School Coalition will be offering physicals and immunizations for District 186 students on Wednesday, August 7th at the Sangamon County Department of Public Health. Sign-in hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
No appointment needed.
The clinic will only serve District 186 students who are entering Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 6th and 9th grade and those who are new to Illinois who must provide a current physical exam and immunization record. All 12th grade students must provide proof of having received a dose of the meningococcal vaccine on or after their 16th birthday. The legal parent or guardian must accompany their child.
No sports physicals will be offered. Thank you!

Also reminder please return the eclipse permission slip (sent home yesterday)if you'd like your student to participate in the solar eclipse event on April 8 the day we return from break!
Eclipse permission forms went home with Lee student's yesterday. We are asking for $1.00 donation to cover the cost of glasses that will be required for your student to view the eclipse. Regardless of the donation, we will still need the permission slip so that your child can take part in the event. If you have any questions, feel free to call the school at 217-585-5828. Thank you!
